Here's a selection of images from Aj and Sandy's pre-shoot

What an epic pre-shoot this was alongside the amazing video team Story and Motion. This shoot was all to do with Nature if you know me then you will know I love waterfalls so when we planned to do a shoot at a falls I was over the moon and just couldn't wait.

This was a full day shoot we all started with the travel to Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, the drive there was about three hours, soon as we got there we had a little chat about where we will be going and planning the hike. I have been to Brecon beacons a few times before so knew where to go and what to expect.

First, we went to a river this was a little walk from the car park, however, after all the efforts getting down there the river was more of a trickle, as the lack of rain didn't help. I was a little disappointed at this time but then we discovered a cave which is normally flooded, I went in to investigate with my led lights as its so dark in there you can't even see your hands in front of your face, we all then went in, we didn't go in too far as its best to be safe and we didn't have the right outfits for cave exploration. Managed to capture a couple of shots and a small video clip in there then it was time to head back up to the car park to start our long walk (2+ hours) to the falls. The walk is called Four Falls Walk, its exactly what it says on the tin, there are four waterfalls on this walk we wanted the one at the end of the walk, the waterfall is called, Sgwd Yr Eira Waterfall, it one of two that I know you can actually walk behind. Once we got there the fall was perfect as in heavy rain the falls can be very dangerous due to the amount of water pouring over. The walk to go under the falls is not easy but so worth it both me and Manny from Story and motion, had to carry our equipment and walk under the falls which was challenging (We will do anything to get the shot).

We all had to keep an eye on the time as we also wanted to capture the sunset, I have never been able to do this as the weather is almost never on our side, you see pre shoots are planned months in advance we try and guess what the weather might be and hoping for clear skies 9 times out of 10 no luck. Well, all was about to change the weather was our side so it was now a race to drive to the coast this would be another 1 hour and 45 minutes. As you can see we made it in time Aj and Sandy had time to change outfits and we then made our way to the top of the cliff. the view of the sunset was just WOW, now we had to work fast as the sun does set fast so my self and Manny worked like a well-oiled machine to ensure we both had the best coverage possible in the time frame we had.
