My Story
I’m Paul Tak, the founder and lead photographer of Paul Tak Photography Ltd — an award-winning wedding photography company based in the Midlands, proudly capturing love stories across Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Leicester, Derby, London and throughout the UK and beyond.
Photography has always been more than just taking pictures — it’s about preserving emotion, culture, connection and memory. With over 15 years of professional experience behind the camera, I specialise in documenting Asian, Sikh, Hindu and multicultural weddings, approaching every celebration with a refined documentary style mixed with timeless, elegant portraiture that truly reflects your day.
What drives me most is the trust couples place in me to capture some of the most important moments of their lives — from intimate ceremonies to grand, multi-day celebrations filled with rich cultural traditions like Anand Karaj, Maiyaan, Choora, Sangeet and more. Every wedding is unique, and I always aim to tell your story with sincerity, sensitivity and an eye for the beauty in every detail.
My style is calm, organised and unobtrusive — allowing you to fully enjoy your moments while I document them naturally. I focus on genuine emotion, heartfelt interactions, and beautiful compositions that stand the test of time. Being fully insured and a registered UK business, I also work seamlessly with venues, videographers and planners to ensure a smooth experience from start to finish.
